Anyway about the Venom Movie, it was ok not as bad as I'd expected, but it wasn't great. Venom's personality is less wise and ominous alien but more of a best friend who gets you into constant trouble but you love him anyway. The villain Riot is a bit different from the comic version since he's much stronger, but his host is just a guy who LOVES to hear himself talk. It was more comedic than horror which was a bit annoying. I mean it's not bad or not funny, at least for me. Venom is a violent character. If it had that R-rating it would've been a lot better and they wouldn't hold back the gore. There was one surprise but I won't spoil it. Venom barely has a Rogues gallery to begin with, he mostly deals with villains of other superheroes or teams, so I understand how difficult it would be to give him a villain for his film.
